The Jagatpura Penthouse
This 3,000 sq. ft. penthouse interior project focused on creating a seamless flow between the indoor living spaces and the expansive 1,200 sq. ft. private terrace. The interior features a sophisticated palette of smokey grey, gold accents, and rich velvets. The terrace was designed as an urban oasis with a covered bar, built-in seating, and extensive mood lighting. A significant challenge was adhering to the building’s strict terrace load-bearing limits, which required us to use lightweight composite wood decking and custom-fabricated aluminum planters.
