The Science City Vista
This 3,500 sq. ft. 4BHK apartment interior was designed to exude modern luxury with a focus on seamless smart-home integration. The design palette includes Italian marble flooring, bespoke veneer paneling, and accents of brass and rose gold. A key client requirement was a sound-proof home theater and a dedicated play-zone for their two young children. The primary challenge was concealing the extensive wiring for the automation and AV systems, which we resolved by creating intelligent service niches and using custom-designed furniture to hide conduits.
