This 1,250 sq. ft. 2BHK apartment interior was executed on a tight budget without compromising on aesthetics. The design focused on using cost-effective yet durable materials like high-quality laminates, vitrified tiles, and affordable decor from local markets. We designed a convertible study-guest room with a custom sofa-cum-bed and a compact workspace to maximize utility. The main challenge was managing the project within the client’s strict budget, which we achieved through meticulous planning, sourcing materials directly, and prioritizing impactful design elements.
