This project involved the complete architectural renovation and interior redesign of a 3,800 sq. ft. bungalow. The goal was to preserve the home’s soul while updating it for a modern joint family lifestyle, which included creating a new master suite on the ground floor for the elderly parents. We restored the original wooden columns and terrazzo flooring while introducing an open-plan kitchen and modern bathrooms. A significant challenge was strengthening the old load-bearing structure to support a new terrace garden, which required careful coordination with structural engineers to add reinforcing beams.
