This project focused on the architectural facade uplift and landscape design for a 4,000 sq. ft. plot. The exterior renovation included adding a modern stone-cladding and wood-finish HPL sheet elevation. The landscape design incorporates a lush lawn, a paved patio for outdoor seating, and a perimeter of low-maintenance, drought-resistant plants. A key challenge was solving the plot’s water-logging issue during monsoons, which we resolved by designing an effective French drain system concealed beneath the garden.
