The Vaishali Nagar Residence

This project was the ground-up construction and interior design of a 4,500 sq. ft. independent house on a compact plot. The design had to balance the need for privacy for three generations while fostering family interaction, organized around a central, double-height courtyard. We incorporated locally sourced Banswara marble and artisan-crafted cement tiles to infuse a regional character. The primary challenge was adhering to a strict Vastu plan, which dictated room placements, a constraint we navigated by creatively using screens and level changes to define spaces functionally and aesthetically.
